It's hard to keep up the diet and exercise on weekends. But it's the new week! I didn't make progress today but by the end of the week I'm aiming to go down another 0.5kg. Let's do this!!

It is hard to keep weight on day off.
I always look for food...X-)

It also doesn't help that it is the party season of the year. :( All the rich food they serve at parties, and of course, let's not forget the calories from booze. But we'll get through this!!

A side effect of the medication I was on has slowed down my metabolism. I just got off the meds and now got to do something about the 10 lbs I gained in the past 6 months.... I want to fit back into my awesome outfits!
