What kind of exercise ?
I play the yoga and ballet stretch every morning
|Oh that can't be too far from what I do then. Bar method combines ballet, yoga, and pilates. It doesn't look too intense but OMG it kicks my ass every time I go!|
A side effect of the medication I was on has slowed down my metabolism. I just got off the meds and now got to do something about the 10 lbs I gained in the past 6 months.... I want to fit back into my awesome outfits!
